The Leftovers was OK, more about the characters that were left than what happened to all the people that went missing. It was a bit slow though, not sure if I'd rush to watch the second series if it gets renewed...

But with everything else coming out next week, is it worth putting off?

With the return of some of the better series from last year (Arrow, Person Of Interest, Sleepy Hollow, SoA etc) and some of the decent looking new ones, I'd prob put it at the bottom of the pile...

Just watching Sons of Anarchy Season 3. Really worth a watch.

Arrow season 2 is well worth a watch too.

Started watching this the other day and Im pleasantly surprised. Her voiceover gets a bit annoying but overall Im quite enjoying it.
I'm NOT the Chairman anymore, Ken was. He still likes poo though. Its not Jim either now. Ooh ooh, its now Doc!

Sons of Anarchy is great, except the accents are all over the place in it. You have an Englishman playing the American lead (Jax), and all the Irish IRA boys are played by Americans. Seriously, some of the shouts of "POTATO!" at the Weekender were more convincing...

Has Love/Hate been mentioned at all? Gritty Irish crime drama. Don't know if you've got it across the pond at all. Just about to start it's 3rd season and it's seriously, seriously good.

Anybody care to comment on Gotham pilot?

I wasn't expecting much, mostly due to all the negativity I've read from people whining about the lack of 'superheroes' in it but to be honest...

I really enjoyed it. Didn't feel like a low budget script like Arrow/Flash etc and was pretty gritty without being too 'Dark Knight'. Looking forward to see where they go with it.

I really enjoyed it. Think it has a lot of potential and not listing any spoilers, had an interesting take on some of the back stories.

I like the idea it is the look at Gotham before Batman - If they had super heroes, it would always be compared to Nolan's trilogy

Now Scorpion on the other hand, I'm going to watch for comedy factor. There is apparently a "computer hack" in the Pilot that is so unbelievable it has got the Internet ridiculing it

I enjoyed it too. I wasnt expecting any superheros so wasnt disappointed. The Penguin was spot on as a pre-supervillain character.

Yeah, here's hoping the code in the book was a hint to a new 'HQ' for Harold and his team. Looks like he's going all Ninja Turtles with his base

Person of Interest is really good, I'll have to watch this. I've just started watching Justified, its really pretty good surprised it slipped me by for so long. I also enjoyed Chicago Fire and Chicago PD recently. I've watched just about everything Breaking Bad, Sopranos, The Wire, Game Of Thrones etc. I still think that The Shield is the best one ever though. Spartacus is worth a mention for soft porn and over the top gore etc.

I have to say, Scorpion failed to disappoint. If you think the Fast & Furious franchise had the most ludicrous stunts... you ain't seen nuthin.

Oh and The Good Wife has also got off to a good start

Watched the Gotham pilot and can't wait for the next episode. Really liked it. Nothing supernatural just yet from what I can tell.

No idea why but I am watching the second series of Agents of SHIELD too...unsure what I think about it even after the first series.

I've just started Ray Donovan season 2 properly. Its as good as the last season. I just can't get the scene with john Voigt smoking weed while sucking on an oxygen bottle out of my head PMSL

Just watched it. It's utterly preposterous shite. I won't be bothering with the rest of the series.
