NEW stainless low mount sr20 manifold

Good evening all, Just posting a few pictures of my current work making a low mount sr20 manifold. It is a direct replacement for the standard manifold.

The runners are made from sch10 stainless steel
The collector is CNC cut from sch40 stainless steel
The flanges are laser cut from 10mm mild steel

    Collector pictures

Manifold tacked and ready for a test fit,

I gave matt @ slide Motorsport a call to see wether he had a engine to test fit and he did, good fitment Thanks a lot pal

Now with test fitment being a success I went on to weld, each weld has 2 passes and is fully back purged so no nasty scabs on the inside.

Now pictures of the end result

Thanks for looking, any questions regarding purchase PM me

Be carefull about being accused of trading

That said looks the bollocks and proper quality

Also can you do a top mount one with extra bracing? If so what cost would i be looking at?

There's no reason why it shouldn't it's jigged off a oem manifold, there will be some pictures of it fitted shortly.

    Thanks for all the comments

I can recommend this manifold after seeing it in person and the fitment is very good

that rear runner looks crazily close to the heater matrix hoses, i think that could cause issues, the fitment otherwise looks really good, im impressed with how compact it is.

Cheers pal, The rear runner looks close to the lower matrix pipe but in person there's loads of room. You can easily get your hands in to the lower matrix pipe, I checked this its just the angle the picture was taken

The 4" downpipe on my RB 14a was only 10mm with no issues

If that's in any way a dig at any of us who appreciate proper parts, I think you trolls are going to be bitterly disappointed.

Obviously that looks very good and has been hand made in low volume so it's bound to be better than mass produced half jigged Chinese shite.

It is however, totally untested. Look forward to some durability feedback on it.
