Ca bottom end rebuild help

Hi everyone, I have extreme knock on my ca! Just wondering what parts I'd need to buy to rebuild the bottom end and weather it's worth doing? Thanks

I'd go with getting another engine that's not suffered big end failure,even if its only just started to knock like mine and many others have done
it will still have sent metal debris from the big end shell's wearing and breaking up throughout the engine,so will need full strip and clean for that reason alone tbh
Extreme knocking will most likely have distorted the con rod big end caps so they are oval,so scrap and most likely and the crank will have suffered as well
so will need a grind and me personally I dont like ground cranks,why I'm swapping a low miles stock size crank into a forged CA with new ACL race bearings
