You will need to state a price buddy or the thread will be closed. I know you're unsure of the price already, but have a trail through the for sale section to get a rough idea. Other than that GLWS.

Ok so is £3000 asking too much? It's never been thrashed, raced or modded in any way.

Have you got an pictures buddy? Pics of the sills, front turret tops, rear arches and behind the rear wheel will help prove the rust condition. As for price its difficult as low mileage s13's are extremely rare.

going on your description i'd look at offering £850 with a view to spend £1k.
selling I would probably be asking £1550 with a view to take £1200.

pics will really help you, putting a fresh mot on it will help you even more.

Stick with 3k as the starting price and take realistic/sensible NEAR offers via PM in my opinion
Ignore the vulture's and hopefuls! if the cars clean and as described its worth money
The number of page views confirms its desirable, just need someone prepared to pay good money for a good car

Are you taking the mick, this is worth the asking price or near to it i would say, if it was a rust bucket then 1k would be fair.

As for the MOT thats a really good way of saying its in good shape, 3 months mot left isnt very long.

Photos would help you a lot here buddy, I'd say 1.5K is a pretty fair price for an auto with some questionable bodywork.

at £1k it will sell pretty easy
£1500 it is fair and may take a little while
£2000 is top money for an auto WITHOUT rust
£3k your be stuck with it
    only my opinion though
if theres NO rust at all £3k+ as they dont hardly come up for sale.
id say a minter will be worth escort mk2 money in the near future!

Thanks for all your comments I don't think I can add photos as I am not a paid member so I will put them on a website and try and post a link.

These cars are going up in value as they are getting rare especially good ones! However being an automatic will hurt it slightly but IMO if it is sound in below its worth £2500 to the right person! Would like to see some pics and glwts!

That is a really nice, well kept car.

The only two things that will reduce its value is the fact its an auto and the boot lid.

Both can be fairly easily remedied by the buyer so I'd say its still worth two thousand and something even given the above.

Ignore the chancers saying £1000 or less.

S13s are becoming harder to find and low mileage models are sought after.

If you don't get any joy on this website, try advertising in Practical Classics magazine.

Don't expect it to sell overnight though - the marque attracts lots of people with no money
