Ive got some volks. i want to fit them R888 or 595RSRs. but cant afford it for a few months so instead im going to fit my 215 / 45 to the 9 J and 245 / 40 to the 10J. How much stretch will this equate to. i dont want stretch i want some chunky side walls but need to save for a bit.
has any one fitted these sizes to wheels that width before and if so how much stretch do you have and do you have pictures.

ive got 215/35/18 on a 9" and 225/40/18 on a 10"
Same as above got a 215 35 18 on a 9j not a massive stretch by any means, here's a pic
245/40 is a nice stretch on a 10j looks really gd tbh.
They are more than some but definately less than others.
I'm running 215 RSR's up front on a 9" wheel and there is a slight stretch. On the rear they are 235, which is more or less flush with the wheel, to give you a comparison.
i have 225s stretched over 10.5j and i would say they look fine. Firestorm has seen them so it all depends on make of tyre

on the Toyo website it says what the R888 will fit. I cant imagine the 595 will be much different. the r888 dont stretch that well

Trust me.
RSRs come up large mate.
They will be fine and hardly look stretched matey.
as clive said, rsr's are massive.
I used to put 205's on my 10's hahaha.
What width RSR would fit square on a 9j 18"?
