I can't wash the chariot, water comes in through, err, everywhere above the wing line.

It needed a wash a few months ago, so i had a man crash into it - they washed it and cleaned inside. Result.

It still needs putting together. I looked into building it myself after our conversation before, but I chickened out after thinking about the likelihood of me screwing part of it up and how much time/money it'd cost if I did. Instead I've spent my efforts getting the shell finished - by my reckoning there's about a day's worth of work left of fairly minor stuff to do before it needs the engine.

I'm hoping to take all the stuff to Greg at pro tuner this Friday if he agrees to that when I call him - he gave me a ballpark figure a while back which seemed agreeable, its time to firm up a price and get something moving.

There's been a lot of ups, downs and delays along the way, not all have been related to the car, but it looks like its all going to pay off very soon.
