Renew email but already paid ?

Hi chaps

Got an email today saying I need to renew within 10 days but I sent £18 by Paypal on the 25th of June.

Dont know if the email is automated or if the payment had not worked or something ?

check sxoc.com/amember to see when you're renewal is due but tbh there is something a little funky going on we are looking at just now

Guess its an automated email then and everythings gone though ok

This does seem a bit wonky as I also got an email but mine isn't due until April 2014.

well this is around the 1st anniversary where we introduced the automated system so there is bound to be some glitches. the tech dudes are working to minimise any issues and provide a seamless service

same as, my renewal is mid Feb! Funnily enough, my renewal to "Gimp Mask Weekly" came through at the same time, must remember to cancel that one

right - here is a story...

I renwed this time last year - then when the weekender was announced or something, my membership ran out - due to wanting to book on weekender i just paid it. and registered (at the time drifting was available and it was blatantly going to sell out in days).

However i have just had a email - i need to double check my records but im sure that i had already paid up till around this time of year in 2012, but then paid again earlier this year as stated.
