    Adrian flux modified car policy

Pretty much as title, got a Adrian flux policy I have 3 years no claims I'm 24 can drive other cars 3rd party it's fully comp, all extras (key care, windscreen, excess protection, Mis-fuel insurance etc..) £1136 including monthly payment interest for 200sx s14a touring uk model

I thought this was really cheap

Not a black box policy it's limited mileage but you can set whatever mileage you want 😁

    Pleasantly Surprised!

Well, in truth I wasn't too hopeful that AF would be able to 'Quote Me Happy' after reading some posts on here regarding their lack of competitive standing against Greenlight & Sky, (Sky insure my Saab daily) but Robin from Flux has done just that.

I'm in my late 40's & live in the urban sprawl of the West Midlands, & my 14a is at stage 3a with the usual chassis mods & a few twinkly bits.

With 7 years no claims & fully comp cover inc. all the trimmings, it has just cost me £330 for another years insurance.

    Cheers Robin.

    Ta,
    R.

I swear you live near me but in a better postcode? I was 22 when I took out my insurance, '98 s14a, stage 1a and lots of mods all declared, all the AF shiz, key, windscreen, legal etc. driving 4 years, 4 years NCB, and mine's £954.

They all must live in the sticks.

Cheapest quote I've ever had was a 1.6mondeo at £550 using all my no claims. I'd love to be able to get cheap insurance on a runaround, would keep the miles off the 200 and make it more special to drive.

Would now be a bad time to mention I pay £250 FC on a brand new Focus ST

I have always had a 2nd car since owning 200s (from being 28) and was only paying around £300 on a Mondeo TD. If you get who you are with to mirror your no claims a daily shouldnt be that much, especially as you dont live in pikey Romford anymore

lol. I got a quote on a 530d with mirror'd no claims and it was about £750 a month I think lol.

Moving to chelmsford has dropped my insurance but not by a lot.

£250 for yours is crazy cheap lol.

Well a 530d isnt exactly a cheap car to insure. You need to be looking at Fiesta/Focus etc.

In fact i just put you details (age postcode profession) into a comparison site and it came back as £270 on a 1.4 Fiesta with 7 years NCB, was only £500 with none.

In fact you are doing something wrong as the BM jsut came back as £350

do you have 9 points or 10 claims to your name

    What site did you use?

I don't have any points as I'm a good driver but I do have 2 non-fault claims as other drivers are idiots.
