    S13 carbon fibre boot support

Hi dan, I bought one of your carbon fibre boots second hand from a member on here. It was never fitted as he had to scrap the car.

My problem/enquire is, the stock boot support screws don't fit into the holes on the boot. Is there something I'm missing to get it all to fit and work correctly??

    Thanks Steve

Sorry I must have missed this. I take it by now you worked out the lightweight hatch uses an M8 bolt instead of the normal M10?

Yea I have, problem being I can't find any m8 bolts that have the rounded end to pop into the strut...

Do you mean the gas strut? I wouldn't use it as the carbon hatch is much lighter than the stock one. You'd really need a new gas strut with less pressure I think
