    That is lovely,

But there's no way I could justify that kind of money for the use it would get.....

I'm struggling to justify my fireblade for what little use it gets, and if a sensible offer came along I'd swap it for a smt / superduke / tiger.

Hopefully construction starts on my garage on the next couple of weeks and I'll have 30sqm to fill with toys.

If that's the case I will start saving for my new bike and get to work on a full refurb of the blade

I'm looking at this bike on my shitty phone but going by the building in the background this is the new Norton ?
If so, you are getting a limited edition collectors item for your 29k. If you want a bike that does what that does, buy what I have, i.e. an rsv4r and pay between 7,500 and 9,000.
If you need it to look like that, cough up the 29 and shut up
You wouldn't get much of a new car for that sort of money and it certainly wouldn't appreciate like the Norton probably will.

Your not supposed to *RIDE* them. Just put them in a hermetically sealed glass case and gloat.

Meh. For the money I'd rather have a Suffolk ss100.

August 2017 new registration stats out. As expected, pre registered non euro4 compliant bikes all now shifted and 125 sales are down a whopping 36% Year on year. Gee, thanks Brussels.

One of the highlights for me has to be how well the Africa Twin is selling.

Have a look at that PCP. Assuming you use your whole 4k a Year allocation (wow, such adventure) you're at 44p a mile before you've put fuel in it and the rest of the usual expenses. That's of course assuming you don't drop your wow such adventure bike whilst parking up on the village green in East Sussex to get your bacon roll and end up with a messed up future value.

I just don't get that. At all.

The bike licence process these days is an utter farce. Long gone are the days when a bike was the cheap alternative to a car.

Now you can't get a decent bike until you're 24, never mind all the bloody hoops you have to jump through

I suppose everyone will just have to use the very cheap and very available public transport system in all it's awesomeness

Or wobble around untrained and unsupervised on a small capacity gutless bike with poor brakes and suspension that can't keep up with traffic on the infinitely safer parts of the road network.

what's to stop you unplugging the dash to stop it racking up miles on your crap PCP deal sports bike?. or fit a resistor inline so it reads half speed/mileage.
because lets face it you only get a sports bike to ride like an idiot anyway.
