Not had them fitted yet, should be going on tomorrow. To be honest longevity is one of the most important things to me, I once had a Dunlop qualifier on the back of my fzs600 and that lasted 5k. PR2s last me 20k.

    Qualifiers are road/track tyres.

For a 400 street bike, Roadsmarts are going to be fine. Plenty of wet weather grip and enough edge grip with a pretty shallow profile.

The Qualifiers have a really steep sidewall so they square off quick and it makes the bike feel like it falls into corners and a bit twitchy in a straight line.

I used D208RRs on my race bike and they were lovely but I moved to D209RR Qualies and didn't like they way they felt so much.

Unfortunately it was all they had in that size, it was to replace a pr 2 with an unrepairable puncture :/

Yeah I made it. Got the all clear the day before we flew. But **** me it's still kicking my ass in terms of fitness. 2 weeks on your backside doesn't help but the tiredness is insane.

Just a quick one, got my tests booked for July and I am super excited to be riding a bike. I fell kinda lucky and my dad gave me his bike, its no show queen as its been stored for 8 years but I used to go out on it every weekend with him so I cant wait to actually ride it

    That's like a factory fat-bob style, isn't it ? (Can't see the link at work...Thanks McAfee )

Can you do direct access on that ? I'm not very up to date on the licence laws nowadays

Its a 99 XVS650 Dragstar. I am in the process of getting it working so I have something to ride when I pass my test. My main aim is to get it working then get me a MT-07 or ER6N and go riding with my dad.
