Changed brake master cylinder and now pedal stiff

Hello guys happy Easter. Just wanted some help here. Today I changed the break master cylinder on my ca18det s13 and swapped it with a z32 bmc for better brakes. The problem now is that my break pedal is hard and it takes long to stop. I have bleed the whole system 3 times to make sure there was no air. It never happened before with my standard bmc. Any help will be much appreciated. Kind regards

I have pumper the brake pedal with engine off and then started the car as the pedal drops down a bit so I don't think it's the servo problem but not sure

Sounds like how the car would behave if the servo was disconnected.

Is the vac hose from the plenum to the servo secure and has no leaks?

Yes mate the break pedal feels the same when connected the servo vac pipe and the same when disconnected. I can't see or hear any vac leak in the line
