Might be worth giving GAZ suspension a call They can repair/rebuild some types of teins or at least they used to.
Tein uk was helpful when I was ordering spares for my edfc system. bit pricey maybe.
When we were a dealer, Tein UK wanted nothing to do with public, every rebuild had to go though one of their dealers, that may be why they didn't seem interested?
Nitron are also pretty good, I had them regas and replace the valves on some knackered HKS shocks I bought.
