    PPI claim from Egg

    I know the whole PPi claim thing has been done to death..... so apologies for this:

    I have looked and tried the search but its not clear. How do I go about getting a claim on? I have just found some old paperwork and it seems I have some PPI I didn't know about, the loan was taken out in 2004 and paid in full in 2009.

    I read on the moneysaving expert site that some claims can be made over the phone. Has anyone ever managed this?

    Seems like you were on the right track already, without reading through it i understand it has a template letter you fill in and send off and that gets the ball rolling...

    Egg PPI complaints are being handled by Canada Square Operations (formerly known as Egg Banking plc). (received a letter through from them to say I could claim)
