h dev consult cable: ecu modding info?

Hi everyone. Ive recently bought the consult cable and software for 200sx from horsham developments so I could diagnose a potential problem I had with my sx, got the problem fixed before it arrived but I have a question to any users of this software.

If I wanted to is it possible to plug my laptop into my car and change the injector size set on my ecu? Im going custom stage 3a soon and was hoping to fit my maf and bigger injectors myself and wanted to know if I could change my stage 1a chip map to allow safe running with these items fitted so I can drive it to a mapper?
Otherwise is there any other way I can fit these and have it running as if still on stock items?

nope. If you had the eprom chip emulators and software, yes, but otherwise, no.
