god no !!! ... tired it once ... hated it .. sooo slow and dull, and annoying ... if they could make a high intensity, high speed yoga, that would be awesome ...

My missus loves it ..... but she loves anything that involves moving like a sloth

Its good for you though .... improves core strenth, balance and flexibility ... there is a lot to be said about it physically .. possibly mentally if you can keep from loosing it through bordom

I've not done it for a while, but hoping to start again next month, found it helped me out with my back pain and increased my flexibilty as I was finding all my joints where getting tight, now that I've stopped doing it they're tightening up again so be good to see if it helps again once I start.

Just go slow and steady and you'd be alright, the woman who teaches us always makes sure we're not over doing it, some people might only be able bend a little, others can bend in half.

OK this sounds very promising then!
    Shit body: Check
Move at slowest speed known to man: Check
Fit birds with possible cameltoe: Check
    Mental health issues: Check

Right how do I go about finding a good group/guru and how much is it likely to cost? How many times a week do I have to go?

you forget that if you are going ..... then there is a likelyhood that other blokes will be going .... blokes that think yoga is fun .... vegetarians and the like.

At some point you WILL end up positioned watching a mans arse bob up and down right in front of you ... no amount of meditation will erase the pain !!!!

I found a beginners course at my local gym. £6.45 for an hour. Does that sound about right? Starts Saturday.

I need to do something useful, something that will help physically and hopefully mentally, and I need to get out a bit more.
