    Cheap desktop computing advice please..

I've got an old HP dc5100 MT desktop that runs a P4 2.8GHz and it's starting to get a bit slow when running anything that needs a bit of power. As well as that I now have to develop a 64bit Access Database and the 32 bit processing doesn't cut it.

This is basically what I'm after:

    64 bit processing
additional bay for a second Hard Drive
    DVD RW
    £150 - 200 ish

I don't really care what it is but I need a reliable workhorse that you don't have to wait around for when it's doing stuff.

Any ideas what I can get? I was looking at a second hand HP Compaq DC7800 but I don't know if there's anything better for the price.

    Thanks Jon,

I've been looking at prices and it's looking like it might be better to put together a PC from scratch and just use the hard drives from my old machine. I've managed to get a Intel i5 3570 built onto a motherboard using the Intel H61 B3 chipset with 8GB of RAM and all the bits and pieces I need to make it work along with Windows 7 and a box to pt it all in for £415 which I think is fair.
