As title, I'm looking for a pair of new catalytic converter gaskets for my 14a. I was probably going to just leave it and get them from Nissan when they're back open but thought I'd ask to see if there are any cheaper/ better alternatives anyone could recommend online?
Cheaper? Just do it up tight and don't worry about it
It's just that in the Vauxhall world there's a site called Autovaux who sell genuine parts at cheaper than dealer prices. I'm just wondering if there's anything like that out there for Nissan, or if someone might have had a good experience with a little known brand.
And don't worry it'll be going plenty tight with plenty of gasket compound!
Btw it's not blowing I'm fitting a decat...
ebay, it's a standard 2 bolt 3" gasket and not specific to nissan
Nice one mate thats the sort of thing I was looking to find out. At least I'll be able to go to the local motor factors if Nissan don't have a stock.
The Nissan equivalent to AutoVaux is Conceptua. Apex will also have in stock look in trader section.
