    Reccomend me some TV/films please

I've just finished watching the first half of Season 5 of Breaking Bad. And Loved it. I have watched all of the Battlestar Galactica seasons and spin offs. And Loved it. I have kept up to date with The Walking Dead. And loved it.
So I have a pretty wide and varied range of Stuff I'll watch. I watch a lot of sit coms on TV and don't mind stuff like Emmerdale.

So what have I missed that I can download that I might enjoy?
Whats Boardwalk Empire like? Thats about the only thing I can think of atm.

I watched some of Heroes and didn't like it.
I've heard Big Bang Theory is good. Whats it about and how much to catch up on?
Band of Brothers is a good call. I was going to buy the box set but never got around to it. I shall rectify that courtesy of D/Ling
The Pacific? Not heard of that one. Whats that about?

Boom, awesome, although I liked BoB better than Pacific, both very very good.

Supernatural is good if you got on well with something like the X-Files.

Suits is excellent. Based in an American lawyers office, the characters are very quick witted but all slightly flawed so they're not too smug and annoying. Plus Donna and Rachel are both hot

Misfits is UK based and about a group of young offenders (chavs basically) on community service who gain special powers. It's rude and very funny Series 4 has just finished

Fresh meat is UK based again and revolves around a group of uni students in their first year. Pretty funny, not as good as Misfits but well worth a watch. Plus, the Welsh bird in it is oddly hot.

The Pacific is basically Band of Brothers but set in the Pacific.

You watch Dexter? If you don't mind a bit of animation, I can recommend Archer.

Loads to watch then on the face of it.
Has anyone seen Sons of Anarchy? That sounds like another great show.

Big Bang Theory is a sitcom about 2 Geeky guys who get a fit girl who moves in accross the hall.... one fancies her and comedy ensues....

I love it, all the geeky references are great. On Season 5 now I think.

Archer is one of the best things that's been on tv for a loooooing time. It's fully piss-my-pants funny at times.
House is great, if you can get past the slightly repetitive first series.

In terms of film - saw one called Hanna last week, it was a bit strange but quite good
