Anyone around Southampton good with electricals?

I've got an S14a that's decided to throw a shit-fit with the headlights. Lost them completely on my way into town tonight. Full beam works, rears and dash work if the fuse is replaced but then shorts out, dipped doesn't work at all (they're HID's but have been completely fine since I bought the car).

If anyone knows what they're doing and would like to earn some cash rather than me paying an extortionate price to a garage or a rip-off auto-electrician then that'd be excellent.
