FFS I only bookmarked that last night, intending to watch it later. To be fair 90 minutes of car crashes was always going to be mostly shite, but the first ten minutes was good and I was hoping there were a few interesting ones in there.

Russians seem to like overtaking on hard shoulders, wrong side of road past stationary queues.
Some are just inexplicable. How the hell did they end up there? situations.
The wintery clips are slow motion inevitability.

Russian roads are fecking scary - last time I went to Moscow with work every taxi ride was like a white knuckle ride.

Where they have a 2 lane each way road with some traffic lights at a junction, the first lot of traffic would queue as normal. Then some enterprising sod would stop at the lights in the 'third' lane - ie. the outer lane of the oncoming traffic When the lights changed (or just before ) there'd be a wacky races style drag race for the people in the oncoming lane to overtake and get back onto the right side of the road before having a head on collision..

This happened at pretty much every junction...

I just lol'ed proper hard when a pickup driver got cut up by a car so caught him up and put him in a hedge GTA stylee (just past 3mins in)

50% of those could have been easily avoided if one driver just stopped ...... They seem to have someone cut them up, but insrtead of stopping, just plough in to them

9:07 is the best one, so much space on that junction where most of the traffic is actually stopped...it almost looked difficult to actually hit the one car on the junction!

The majority of it just looks like people being daft, I wonder if that is what this country is going to deteriorate into??

They're all complete mentals, nobody ever backs down, breaks or attempts to swerve and some of them appear to accelerate to get into a crash.

Do they have insurance in Russia, from the looks of those crashes it must be astronomical

Every vehicle has an on board camera that records in 3 minute loops namely the black box.

If you have no video evidence of the crash then no point trying to claim basically.

Failed at my link, but YouTube is full of Russian and Eastern european driving clips nowadays, and very scary stuff to watch even when they're not crashing.
