That's very cool, shame it's a facelift. Like your solution for the rad, take it that was a custom job? So how exactly did you do the mounts?

it was a custom job by pace.. i still have it with the fan i which i would be willing to sell they also made me up the straight outlet and water pump blanking plate i used as i chose to use an electric pump and delete the power steering to free up some power and rev a bit easier

i have loads of pictures on here (excuse the picture quality it was a long time ago!) :-

there are also a couple in here

i wouldn't say this is the best way or the worst way of doing it i was flying by ear as at the time only 1 other one had been done and that was by a garage who didn't take any pictures..

i know dave bull did his in a different way he used an almera GTi front cross member welded in and this aloud him to use the almera engine cradle..

these are great little cars with the sr20 in them i currently own one i built myself with a 180hp highport out of my old primera egt.
its on par with a 400hp mk4 supra and a very very fun daily i get about 35=mpg out of her aswell.while the 180sx is off the road.

did the conversion in just over 1 month during the xmas hols.
the bulk head and chassis legs were untouched just all custom mounts ive done 7500miles in the car since then with no problems.
there are a few conversion on the micra forum but not many have their electrics working if anyone needs a hint or to just let me know

gtir brakes are fitted as a must !
and the 7.5j wheels help with traction
i only wheelspin in the wet now

    This thread makes me cry!

    Get a K11 Micra, fit an SR20VE and a 6 speed.

Custom mounts, shafts, GT35, 4" exhaust etc

    Kill everything on the road!

    Job done!

    Dave

P.S. I used to cut 126-127 mph terminals with approx' 350 BHP in my K11.
