Open passenger window with no power?

I stupidly took the looms out of my car and didn't open the window on the pass side but now I need it open and the doors on.

Can the window be opened manually?
Can it be done haven't got a huge amount of space to play around it so I thought I would ask rather than break things

You won't be able to force it down. You will need to power the motor to get it down without breaking anything. Not sure if there is any other way?

One of the plugs that you can see fixed to the middle of the inside of the door is for the motor

Well if we are being that helpful there is 2 blue and red wires, one has a trace, you need to power the wire with the trace and earth the dotted one to open.
