Fitting cam sprockets on with cams in place?

I'm getting my head built up with new cams and rockers so the shims are being ground etc. the builder will fit the cams to hold everything in place. I don't really want to have to take them back out if I don't have to. What are my chances?

Actually that is the only way you can do it.

Get chain links in the right position (crank at TDC and the 2 colour links around 11 and 1 oclock).

Fit head, intall VVT sprocket with coloured link over the timing mark. Install the Exhaust Sprocket matching up the link with timing mark.

Tighted both and then install the tensioner (make sure the chain is sitting correctly on the guide)
