    180sx non cut intercooler available?

Like the non-cut intercooler's available for s14's and s14a's is there any such thing for 180sx's?

Is it even possible to do intercooler piipework that requires no cutting of the battery tray etc ...?

    Thanks.

Would I have to use the same pipework as an S14 or custom pipework?

Would prefer not to cut the tray.

ive got a custome cold side that requires no cutting at all. very easy to make/ design and cost about £30 to get tiggd up..

goes down the side of the battery and then a 90deg bend through the trianlge hole of the engine bay and tension rod bracket..

i dont know why all pipe works wasnt designed like that. it only took me a few hours to make and its no more restrictive or harder to fit..

i then powder coated it all so it looks really neat.

I used to have an apexi hybrid intercooler on my old 180 that didn't need anything cutting. It fitted like this:

I expect they're only available second hand. I did manage to get the equivalent one for my 15, and I did used to have 2 S13 fitment ones, so they do crop up occasionally.

Why not mount it in front of the radiator.... get some brackets made up to hold it all in place.
