How much work to get 12j under s13 arches

Hi all I'm thinking of getting some 18x12 gtr-d alloys for the rear and 18x10 fronts, am I looking at a lot of work to get them under s13 arches? 12j is et 20 and 10j is et12 or 35

Can't see it being too hard. I put an 11.5 et15 on an s13 before with a 275 tyre and your 12j et 20 would have 21mm less poke so would be a bit easier. Just make sure your arches are solid, these ones were pretty rotten which doesnt make life very easy.

It all depends on your arches and camber settings.

I have the exact combination your after but on a PS13, with overfenders.

    My old PS13 with 18x10 ET-5 (includes 20mm spacer) & 18x10 ET9 (includes 3mm spacer to clear coilover)

    Current combination

    18x12 ET20 Rear
18x10 ET12 front (again with a 3mm spacer to clear coilover making them ET9)

I have a 50mm overfender, but doing the maths, the old wheels in the first pic stuck out just as far, with 50mm more inner clearance.

With the 18x12's ET20, they are very close to the inner chassis, when i had 2 degrees of camber on the rear (before alignment) i hit a bump and the wheel smashed the inside of my chassis (next to the spring taking a chunk out of it) i also have adjustable lower arms meaning they were pushed out further than a stock S13.

My arches have been pulled and flared by previous owner for wider rims so it might just be a simple bolt up, gotta get my Coilovers first though lol

Sorry for the hijack but what tyre sizes are you running Firestorm? Is that a stock front wing?

    First pics 245 35 18 front 245 40 18 rear.

    Second pics 225 40 18 front 265 35 18 rear

The whole front is custom. Including the wings
