Are you 100% that the PowerFC was working before you fitted it?

What serial numbers are on your original ECU?

What serial numbers are on your PowerFC?

Answer those and we can start working out what's wrong

According to the previous owner yes it was but thats what im trying to eliminate but the only other 95 180sx in my area has a popped it engine so can even try it out on that.

Apexi Power FC code is SR2D20 020
    STD ecu is an E5

SR2D20 is for a '91-'93 so you're going to have to dig out the ECU pinouts and move some wires...

Thought the Zenki and Chuki 180sx were the same only the Kouki which had to be repinned?

Yes it is but was told the E5 and 62 ecu were compatible. so making 91-96 compatible and only 96-98 kouki had the J4 ecu which is totally different pin wise.

In that case I'd be checking all the power and ground wires on the ECU, usually this is what stops a PFC from powering up

If you want you could send me the ecu unit itself and I'll plug it in my car to see if it powers on as I currently have a power fc in mine lol
