I can add some road experience to this now as well as my Nurburgring experience.

Same tyres, multiple heat cycles through them now, probably about 4000 miles on them total since fitted. Loads of tread still.

Dry road use - no need for warm up, loads of grip right off the driveway, even on these colder mornings recently.

In the wet - I have to drive a little slower. Can definately feel they don't have as much grip, but they are still totally drivable, even in heavy rain with some (shallow) standing water. I wouldn't want to hit a large puddle or a lot of painted lines or anything, but they are way way better in the wet than I was expecting.

For that kind of performance on the road - especially with British weather and temps - plus the performance they gave me on the ring, I would absolutely recommend them. Just my experiences though, with 290hp (fly).

[QUOTE=JC SX;6470208]I've fitted some 255/35/18's RSR's onto my 10" rear 20+ offset rear wheels and I'm looking for the perfect size fronts, I'm currently running 9" front wheels with 225/40/18 Michelin's stretched onto them
I'm looking for the best size that will allow full lock and not rub, my arches are high as the cars on nismo s tunes
    I was looking at 245/35's?

To double up what firestorm said im running a 235 40 17 on mine and it sits really well on the wheel, you may wan a slightly lower profile on an 18 though

I went to, from & around Spa on these late November last year (so read cold, damp). They obviously had less grip then when dry but were still up to the job. Obviously they're no winter tyre, just drive to the conditions.

Na amazing all night no grip issues what so ever. Then after an hour break and a massive temp drop outside they turned from amazing to nothing lol. With v minor throttle. Its pretty surface dependant but i shant be using them for the winter tbh.

Fair enough buddy, i dont think they would be much of a winter tyre.

Looking at getting 265/35/18 for a 9.75j - do they come up 'wider' than your average?

Yes. One size wider. If you want a 265 then get a 255 RSR.
