Well i was planning to use my stock t28 for a bit. However took it of today and there is 3 crack in the exhaust housing. And just generally looks tired. Thinking ill just buy my gt2871r now.
Wheres the best place to purchase a gt2871r? Wouldnt mind getting one with an actuator as well.

ive been looking around lately too, best price i've found was driftworks for £940 with the Actuator.
i think h-dev do it for £870ish without the Actuator.
Standard T28 actuator works fine and is what we'd recommend in conjunction with an electronic controller
You tried turbo dynamics? There £722 + VAT on the site but when I rang them up they knocked 20% off due to me being a member on here.
turbo dynamics is 867 with VAT mate. thats without a 20% discount tho

Ill try turbo dynamics then. Might give them a ring on monday. Is that price without actuator?
My actuactor is hella rusty. Would like to replace it to be on the safe side
hmm been looking into this some more. I'm thinking i would ideally like something with a quicker spool time than the 2871r?
What are peoples suggestions? Been looking at the gt28r and the gt28rs. Although the RS seems more expensive than the 2871r.
Can you not get the 2871r with a smaller exhaust housing to help with spool?

Still thinking this is slightly to big for what I want. Was thinking the gt28rs is just slightly smaller. Think I might go with that. Think that's the same as the the gt2867?

Im not sure what the advantages are of this over a gt28rs? Seem to be very simular? Also the gt28rs is cheaper and in the uk. Comes from turbo dynamics at 762 + vat and that includes an actuator....

The GTX2867R will give very similar results to the GT2871 BUT will spool faster.
Been doing some research on this myself as im currently running the big boy GT2871 .86 unit and fancy the same output with faster spool.
