yeah that one, as said it should run with the z32 removed but wont rev past 2.5.
is this with the stage 3 or 2 ecu that its running with now??

Have you checked the wiring for the Z32 as its 3 (or 4 for prefacelift) wires off the loom into 6 on the Z32 AFM ?
yes i got the wiring off of here, u only have to connect 3 of the wires. is that right?
It is a genuine Z32 isn't it and not a copy thing?
Should have an orange sticker on it, if its a genuine one.
Did we establish if its a lambda ECU or not ? Here's a pic of a lambda one (39F05).

Yes then. 3 wires on a lambda loom to connect to 3 of the 6 pins on the AFM.
...and if you pull the electrical plug on the AFM it stalls the car.Summat's not right.
What happened with this? as mine is now running in limp mode after fitting to stage 3!
If that's the case then you are looking at an AFM or AFM wiring related problem so check both

havnt been on this thread in a while, it was z32 afm not earthed properly. connected it up and ran perfectly

sounds like the chip might not be in correct. if 1 pin is not located the car wont start. first place i would check
