S15 turbo fitting
Il be fitting a s15 ball bearing turbo to the SR tomorrow. I have braided pipes for the turbo off my old t28 if they fit
I've been told I need to restrict the oil flow, is this correct?

If its from an S15 (not a random GT2560r) I highly doubt you need an additional restrictor recently there have been many many threads regarding reatrictors..have a search
Edit: that said the restrictive thing only (possibly) comes into play if it's a Roller bearing core, do you have any numbers from the core?

Do you have the S15 oil return attatched to the turbo?
If you are using your existing T28 one you will need to modify (elongate) one of the bolt holes as it doesn't quite line up.

I wonder how much the s15 oil return pipe costs from Nissan, any part number?

Nissan doesn't fit one on the t28r on the s15, why would you need one the s14?
On the 2871r upgrade turbo there is some debate but I recently fitted the turbo and chose to avoid fitting one, id rather flood the turbo with oil and risk it smoking a little on boost than I would starve it and risk killing it in minutes

I won't restrict it in that case. If all It will do is smoke then I don't mind. Will be no worse than my old s13 lol
