Best thing you can do if your new to drifting is go for a passenger ride with someone good with a similar spec car and just watch/feel what they do. Most noobs let off the throttle too early, don't turn into handbrake entries early enough or scared to let go of the wheel. If you go for a quick ride with someone you'll have a much better idea of what to do.

Looks like there is a hell of a linkable section on that track, seriously hope I get in on the list.

Well there's enough mx-5's on here isn't there? Be good for promotion of event etc

there will be a few nominated drifter types to oversee things who will be happy to go out with you for a few pointers ( like me for example )

Blyton kills tyres in the 35 min session you should easy be able to kill a set of tyres change wheels and kill another set if its dry. Last time I was at blyton in the dry I was getting 4 laps to a decent set of partworns.

Bring as many tyres as you can, you will be gutted when you run out.

Will there be bigginer and advanced drift sessions?

There won't be banded experience sessions but as there are so few of there I'm happy to let you all put yourselves into groups
