First SXOC Crail drift day of 2012, Sat 7th April

Roll up Roll up for the 1st drift day of 2012

This day will be held at Crail raceway in fife on Saturday the 7th April.

We have been having pretty regular drift days here for the last couple of years, and everyone agrees they are excellent value for money, and great fun.
Basically, Get involved!!
The format for this one will be 35 drivers paying £31.50 as a member of SXOC, and £41.50 as a non member (the increase is to cover paypal fees).

Members get till 02/03/2012 to fill the spaces before non members are allowed, except for ade, dave 2 sheds and ren.
So thats two weeks bascally

Membership costs £20, so basic maths tells you if your planning on attending 2 or more of the 4 days i have agreed with crail to arrange each year, its beneficial and cost effective to be a member, nevermind the many other benefits of membership

The list below shows who has paid, your name will not appear here until i have confirmed the paypal payment has arrived.

There will be NO PAYING ON THE DAY, now absolutely agreed and in BLACK AND WHITE from crail which means if u want a place, u will have to pay for it in advance.

Turn up on the day and you will be turned away

The day will run from 10am to 3pm

There will be 35 spaces which all need to be filled, no more and no less, exactly 35.

So ill say from now, Saturday the 18th Feb till Friday the 2nd March the payment window is open only to members, and those stated above as exceptions.

There will be no list of "I want to go" cos its bollox, the only thing that secures your space is the money in SXOC's paypal account, details of which are below.

If for whatever reason you have to pull out of this after you have paid, it will be up to you to sell your place, no-one else, SXOC will help where it can, but please remember it is your responsibility.

Helmets are recommended but not compulsary (unless u drive a soft top, in which case they are compulsary)
Roll cages and fire extinguishers are strongly recommended, but again not compulsary

Spectators and passengers are free.

NEW BBQ will hopefully be on site, as will be the awesome chef logie 89 and food will be available to all members whether taking part in the day or not.

Basically the club got its arse kicked by paypal for everything going through from these days as a gift, so we have to pay the fee now

So its to be sent to events@sxoc.com, under the Purchase tab as a service, and as a Member you will be sending £31.50, and as a Non-member you will be sending £41.50.

Onto the next tab and it will be as below, except the date obvously

So in the subject box "SXOC April crail day, Username (whatever ur sxoc username is)"
In the message box "SXOC crail day 7th April 2012"

Almost everyone managed this perfectly last time, lets hope for the same again
