If you've only lost one then take the one thats hidden in the middle of the cover to replace (im guessing here) the one on the outside that you've lost and just put a normal washer in the middle, that way your outside ones will still all be the same.

I have already used the inside one on the outer edge, does it matter that i just use a normal washer? I.e. doesnt need the rubber element to help fill the hole?

    It's either

To seal the hole against oil leakage. You may get a small weep if this the reason.

    OR

It's to isolate the cam cover so it doesn't reverberate and amplify engine noise. Vehicle noise limits have demanded they do everything they can to reduce noise. The way it uses a shouldered bolt suggests that this the reason. The cam cover is isolated from direct engine vibration by the rubber seal and the rubber washer.

Surely someone must have some spare. I would just chuck one in an envelope for you free of charge but unfortunately I don't have any extras.
