fiat Chroma turbo, my old man had one when i was younger, it had a body kit etc and had been tuned. to me it looked like the bat mobile as it was black.

Lol, I had a nearly identical experience - I remember going to the Ford dealership to look at Capris - I pestered the life out of my dad, but no, not enough room, so he went and bought a MkII escort. Weirdly, had it survived, the Escort would have been worth more than the Capri now...

Escort RS turbo..... I was 14 years old on my street corner and used to see all the older guys go out racing about the streets tubro's. Used to want to be 17 so badly, just so I could start driving!

I thought it was ace, but he totalled it and bought a volvo instead.

Actually,i did have a dream car! A matt black Anglia or Beetle with jacked up rear,v8 with Rover rear axle and flames painted on the side! (Used to read a lot of street machine mag!)

You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And if you can't fix it with a hammer,you've got an electrical problem!

same for me, my dad always had boggo escorts, and i remember us being in our crappy 1.3 blue mk3 and seeing a series 1 rst blast by, i didnt know anything about cars at that age but i realised that was cool and ours werent lol

I was never really into cars as a kid, but as i got a bit older i remember seeing my first Escort Cosworth.
Full whale tale, in black, lovely, was about 12ish at the time.
Never really got into cars before i bought my first 200, 5 or so years ago.
Now if i could have any car? I dont really have a dream car, just something a little bit different. Maybe an iold datsun 1600, or pickup datsun 620y? is it? something like that.
