Even though the weather was crap it was a great day. Got up a bit late and the realisation that I was to miss my 930 slot hit home in the qeue to get in at 915. It was pissing down so was not the end of the world. But still fancied a go, guy in the office said no problem and swapped it for 1030. Everthing overtook me as it was lighting up the rears all over the place. My only scalp was a lupo lol.
1330 we had a dryish line, felt like good grip and was out first so nothing in the way. Think this was my best session I've had at coombe that feeling where the car is on the limit moving around beneath you is ace. Really starting to learn to lean on the k sports now they are awsome. Roll on japfest. Thanks go out to Steve and Amy for the organisation great job. Good piccys too. Nathans shot is my new wallpaper.

Good to meet up with everyone again, shame most didn't hang around long given the awful weather! If anyone got any pics of mine on track please post them up I will post up my onboard video from my 8min session (due to a red flag) later.
Here you go mate:

Was good to catch up with a few old faces at the wind swept and sodden spring action day, the cold got to me by about 2pm so went to the pub in CC village- pie and chips for the win! Missed catching up with a few others, will try harder next time.
Track looked like ice up to lunch time, watched camp early on and the amount of sketching through that corner was huge- a good few people were so lucky to stay out of the barriers!
Thought that the drift demo was a bit shit, no grip for them to work with admittedly but aside from the escort thought it was quite average, although the gold sky-barge hit a few nice lines. Sure most would have done better in the dry.
Thanks to Steve and Amy for the organisation, much appreciated. Thanks for the sticker too!

Thank you everyone who came! Especially those who got there early, most of whom also stayed until quite late despite the dire weather conditions. This meant our stand lasted the whole day.
It was a great day out.
I found the first track session nothing but nervewracking and I wasn't going to bother going out for the second session. I am glad I did as the track had dried out. This meant the second session was really good fun and made up for the trechory of the washed out skid pan first session.
I did!! Loads!
Just gotta figure out how to get them off the new phone. I think I can upload them straight to photobucket so will try and get them up in the next few days
Very nice new motor
No worries, was a good day despite the weather and good to catch up. Car looked great
You haven't bought Murts old 300 have you?
Some really nice ones there, thank you!
Some great pics of the non 200's too. I didn't get a chance to snoop around some of the other stands, though did get to see a reasonable amout of drift and track sessions.
Thank you Steve and amy for organizing another good day, shame about the weather though sorry if I was a little off colour but I was feeling a little delicate for half the day
