    s13 gearbox oil for trackdays

ive flushed the s13 gearbox oil out each and everytime we do a trackday and its a little hard to change gear when its warm
the next trackday is coming and ive now put 75/90 syntectic oil in the try
    what do other use?
    its about 200-220bhp

i used silkolene stuff opie recommends. Its good when warm but notchy when cold.

PS: oil change after each event is overkill imo.

    This.

It might be badged up as Fuchs Titan Race something now as Fuchs scrapped the Silkolene name and started calling it Fuchs Titan Race.

Its a bit of a shove to engage second when cold though.
