i wouldn't bother buying second hand unless you know for sure what vehicle they've come off and what mileage they've covered. i wasted £120 on 2nd hand hubs and they were as bad as the ones i took off. i resorted to paying £680 for two brand new ones from Nissan. it was money well spent as i needed my car on the road asap and i wasted my money at a breakers in Birmingham as i couldn't find any closer to home.

its the stub axles. if you imagine its like a bolt, some have perfectly straight shanks and some have like a grove machined into the end before the threaded section.

ignorance is bliss so yours will fit straight on. lol.

i know a fair bit about cars, been working on them for at least 35 years, never seen different stub axles fitted on an s14-14a or 15, and these hubs feel straight on without a problem and only cost £225 posted and £28 tax with parcel force fee and thats for a pair

    the hubs are the same

I have fitted non abs hubs onto abs knuckles etc.

ONCE stumbled across a very random knuckle, like you say... didnt have the notches in the knuckle spline (much like driftworks'geo knuckles ) but I still used the hubs from them, onto a normal knuckle, with just the use of the spacer washer with the flat in that sit on the notches of the spline

That is such an epic price for OEM
I was looking at some thread in the states, some guy tested the OEM grease and found it just really isn't up to scratch.
I don't know if it was shit or not but I replaced mine with Redline CV2 grease... only cost £20 something
