    Door hinges...

    My o/s door has dropped, been like this since i got it if im honest, and its starting to bug me.....

    Do i need a new door, or can i get the hinges seperate?
    And how do i replace them??

    Check the manual they are adjustable in a few directions as I seem to remember

    Probably the pin has worn and eroded the hole in the hinge. They are (or at least they were) available from Nissan on their own, without buying the doors! I seem to remember you can buy replacement pins as well. You just need to unbolt them from the 'A'post and the door, they'll be stuck with a bit of sealer but should just unbolt. Its easier if you support the door on a jack with some wood and do one at a time, unbolting the lower & back edge of the wing may give you better access.

    mine did this, I took two thick metal washers, undid the door and put the washers between the hinge and the bodywork, been perfect ever since, (9 +months)

    Just to confirm, i did the washer trick as well on the bottom hinges as a quick fix till i bought new hinges from nissan, however it worked so well forgot all about it till I read this post!

    I might have some spare (used but don't think they'd dropped) hinges, should be tidying up the garage this weekend so will let you know if find them

    door hinges are the same on both passenger and driver side
