Are they the ones with 'flour' inside as I like to call it?

I take it they aren't the thin ones that split as you are putting them on?

They are not powdered. I believe the Nitrile ones are better than the latex ones but I will wait for Daz to confirm that as he is the expert

Nitrile is much better than latex

Best on the market IME is Ansell touch n tuff, but normal nitrile gloves are still good and well worth the low price!

Nitrile is far better for mass sale loads of people are allergic to latex

    Nitrile also handles abuse better.

Will get on this when the Christmas rush is over, pointless expecting them to turn up within 3 weeks this time of year

There are three basic types - latex, vinyl and nitrile.
latex as cream coloured, fairly elastic, give quite good feel but rip quite easily, usually powered inside and cause a reaction with a lot of people's skin. Prices vary from £3 to £10 depending on where you get them from.
vinyl are usually clear, not elastic so rip really easily but don't casue a reaction. Prices similar to latex.
nitrile as usually blue, quite elastic, stronger than latex and don't cause a reaction. They are usually about £10-20 a box. £4 is a bargain.

Iv been using the same pair for the last few days, good gloves. I had the powdery ones and they rip very easy. These are much tougher and no powder, im using the xl so slightly baggy but I prefer it as it's less sweaty.
So to sum up, best disposable gloves iv used and the cheapest too
    Great deal

I managed to nb some from work (hospital), but medical grade is nitrile I am sure, however they only had small (small nurse hands), but meh, they fit with a sqeeze, and get thrown once done, so suffcie.
