Cheers, I'm confident it will be a pretty nice package once the paint is done, but it's still going up for sale i'm afraid, like a lot of people I guess i'm more about the process than the end result, it's time to move on and let someone else enjoy her

Am I still allowed to post in here?
The car has been through a bit of a transformation in the last couple of months, getting ready to sell up.

Not bad for a few hours and a couple hundred quid of vinyl...

The usual reasons, it's just time to move on, it's practically an expensive doorstop as I never use it, if i'm honest it's far, far too powerful for my skill level, all sorts of things. I've spent the last few months fixing as many niggles as I can so that it's as good as it's ever been, I always do this before I sell a car, the new owner gets a much nicer car than the one I have been driving around in most of the time!

i dont think i could sell after that amount of work involved! i get that you're worried about breaking it though, id be the same. How exactly did you do your silicone joiners? wrap the vinyl round like tape, or just one big bit?
