What makes the Peugeot 406 3.0 V6 so horrid ? I felt they were quite attractive looking cars in the Pininfarina 3 litre 2-door coupe manifestation.

indeed they are, M mid engine R rear wheel drive 2 two seater, he did pick the smallest/weak version, a mk2 turbo would be better base
Only marginally, both are miles apart from the N/A V10 engine thats supposed to be there.
Even if you gave the turbo lump a ton of power it'd still sound like a 4-banger, a really loud one at that - making the issue even more noticeable.
