Thanks mate. I've also got the task of trying to fit a full fan shroud onto a fat rad!?! Looks like it's going to be bloody knuckles time and attacking the fan screws from underneath. Would be much easier if the the shroud was in two pieces?

Lee, mount the fan shroud to the rad then drop both in together. That's how I do it with mine on a 52mm rad.

I thought the fan shroud was in two parts?!? Where you not looking for the bottom half? Looks like replacing my rad is not going to be a easy as first thought. Mind you nothing ever is!

Fan shroud is one piece but there's a small section on the bottom half that you can remove to make fitting easier.

So you remove your rad every time you have to take the shroud off?

I've never taken just the shroud out as never needed to. Didn't realise you weren't pulling the rad out. My bad.

The shroud comes out all the time. Whenever I work on the car it seems to come off as it just gets in the way. Sod having to take the rad out each time. I'll chop it in half and figure out a way of joining it after the fans on.

Doesn't the bottom half clip on? On the RB set ups they split so you can just slide it out without having to remove rad a bleed the system each time

Unfortunately not. There's a small piece on the bottom that comes off but that doesn't help much. I'm going to split it in two and come up with some genius method of clipping the top half onto the bottom. Sod pissing about removing the rad.

To get the shroud out without removing rad is to unbolt viscous fan and pull out together.

It's tricky, need small ninja hands. Even more so with a 50mm rad

Shroud is in 2 pieces, I had to take just the top off and the viscous to get the aux belts changed

I hope the blades aren't round the wrong way or I'll be super pissed. I think evo's run the other way. Will find out tomorrow.

Nearly all comp wheels I've seen are the other way, just looked odd.

Looks like an EVO 4-9 reverse wheel...

I hope you guys aren't winding me up. Been waiting ages for this wheel and don't fancy another 4-5 weeks wait.
