pics of srb type 2 lip fitted

right i just want too see how these look from the front, im worried that if i buy one, it wont look right as my intercooler hangs really low, my original oem splitter coverd my intercooler up perfectly.

just want too see how they measure up too the standard lip

i'll get a decent pic of mine tomorow,

tbh, the spliter has a piece like an undertray attached to it, so should tie in nicely with a low front mount,

i made up some bobbins to put between the rear of it and the brackets for my intercooler

Can't remember whether mine is a type 1 or type 2, but if you look though my project thread you'll see pics of it. I've chopped and smoothed my bumper but you'll get the idea

Check my build thread. Loads of pics on there.

And my intercooler hang really low which caused issues when it came to fitting the bumper and the undertray bit on spliter was fouling on it.
Raised the cooler up tho and problem sorted.

Ha ha thats what I was thinking actually. I'd be worried about hitting it though as it'll be less forgiving than the standard item.

True, but easily repairable unless you completely destroyed it.

If you look at the pics in my project thread you'll see mine was in at least two parts when I got it, took quite a bit of repairing but it can be done.

that does look really good that does, although my worry is my fmic ruining the look of it,because it hangs so low, hmm but thats looks really good, shame that there isnt any other company who make a lip for the s14a
