BLEW flux right out of the water!!

im waiting on my membership pack to come through as of yet. shouldnt be too long.
insurance is finished on the 27th of this month with flux.

will i need to wait until the membership pack comes through for a membership number? or could i get the policy to start on the 27th by which time the pack should be here?
