Thumbs down 1.9TDI boost pipe blowing off!

SEAT Ibiza FR 1.9tdi pd 130 which has done 54,000 miles.
Well after getting home at 7 and not 430 this afternoon due to my car popping off the same boost pipe 4 times now. RAC towed me as got it refitted but blew off at 4.4psi, not the usual 25psi it operates too.
It has a 90 degree pipe going into the WMIC which keeps popping off.
Seat have replaced the pipe and put new 'uprated' clips on it but same problem :/
So has anyone else got a 1.9tdi with the same problem on here? Its going to SEAT tmoz for them to sort out but its annoying as hell and a FMIC with jubilee connections it WAY too much for me to invest in.
Just thought id get it out there and let people know what the outcome is.
    Jack

Ive had a good look at the intercooler, had it off and had a look for cracking etc but nothing :/
Pipe was replaced 3 months ago as one tooth had worn down and now its repeating the process of blowing off again but not wearing :/
Know its a common thing but never got a proper answer to it.

The lugs on the metal fittings wear, it is a VERY common problem, we make billet alloy connectors to replce them. The kit we have replaces two hose but you can just buy the one if you want.

Do you get the same issues on 2002 Golf TDI 130 (same engine) and if so, do you a kit?

Yes, the kit for Golf 130 is better. Removes restrictor in turbo outlet pipe, if you go full on and get pancake pipe replacement kit then 16lbft torque and more driveability is yours!!!
