    I did 5 years at the same recruitment company, thats unheard of.

    Boss was a tosser too, one other guy managed about 28 months, everyone else had left/been fired inside a year

    My old man has just completed 32yrs in the city - 27 of those with the same company

    Me, I've had 4 jobs since 2005, left 1 due to redundancies, walked from another because it was shit and now I'm settled and looking forward to the long haul where i currently work i could be shown the door soon as im on contract and we're not picking up much work

    I'm a contractor so I have never been at one site for more than 3/4 months. I am also self employed so don't work for the same company..... Other than mine..... I like going to new places and I get sick of the same people so it suits me.

    12 years at my current agency which is not massive but compared to the industry standard of 2 - 3 years, it's quite an accomplishment.
