I didn't notice it sitting high, shall pay more attention to it when I'm down next. of course it will have intercooler rad and all fluids in when done so would help with the ride height.

    Well I'm now £370 ligher

Just bought these SHINEYS!!! Trick speedo that works off the prop bolts to work out the speed - couple of adjustments on the back and you work out a calcuation bobs your uncle.

And then I bought the matching rev counter otherwise I wouldnt be able to cope with them not matching!

I don't mind - They are retro and shiny

    SOOOOOOOO PREEEETTTTYYY

I can assure you that discription isn't similar to driving a steam engine through rush hour

Looking good though Deac's, shame you couldn't get a Chronometric Tach like the one I had in the Westy - that'd fully fill the interiors cool quota on it's own

When do I get a(nother) go?

    Updates:-

Engine is finally on it's proper mounts

    Gearbox mount all made

    Gearbox mount mounted

    Propshaft time:-

I need to make an adaptor so that the rear diff suits the S13 prop flange and then lengthen the rear section of the prop by 98mm

I was hoping to use the rear section of the Dolomite prop but I don't thin it will handle the power of the CA

    Anyhow onwards and upwards

Thanks again to Rads S13 and Paul_S13 for their help with this project

    Utterly Amazing

The Dolomite sprint stuff is good to about 250bhp and 300lbft apprently then it goes all wrong ! so belts and braces is a good plan dude

Where did you get the green paint! not a bad match that!

    looking properly cool
been meaning to give you a buzz about the rear brake bits, still want them but in no rush, so will collect them to save a few quid on postage

back on topic - loving the fab work, gearbox mount looks simple but effective. engine mount looks a bit different. how thick is that plate you're using? proper toughstuff

    no bother mate

As for the mount, the gearbox one is 6mm plate with a 4mm angle plate to keep strength Mounts onto the original dolomite holes too

The engine mounting plates are 6mm with 5mm right angles, probably ott but I like to over spec if I can

Also the engine mounting plates are getting supports added from underneath to help burden the load from the front of the subframe
