Free standing punch bag
looking for a punch bag, but dont want to drill into my wall at home!
anyone got any experience with the free standing ones??

My brother in law has one, to be honest I've never really used it. I use the one he has hanging in the gym.
Only time I ever use the free standing one is when I give it the obligatory punch as I walk past it 
And it makes an annoying sound whilst your using it, think its the spring. I suppose that could be an advantage though, like your opponent winding you up so you hit harder
