    Hi Guys

To bring this back up to light. I'm still planning to offer an undersealing service but I may be able to do one better than that

Would anyone be interested in a comprehensive under car treatment?

    What would it involve?

Removal of front and rear subframes, subframes then sand blasted and then painted/powder coated.
Original arms sand blasted and painted/sand blasted
All areas of underneath cleaned (surface rust removed) and then zinc primered and then stone chip sprayed.
Wheels removed, suspension removed and inner arches cleaned and stone chip spayred.
All bolts which are removed will be chemically cleaned and zinc coated
    + more

    Cost

Cost is likely to be about £500 which too be fair is a small price to pay to keep your car on the road in the future years and not to worry abot rust for a long time

    How long will it take?

I would need persession of your car for about 1-2 weeks if all goes smoothly

    Dan

    I like this idea.

what abotu fitting new bushes etc? ie subframe bushes, could you do a supply and fit, or if someone supplied the bushes you'd fit?

im just thinking that this would end up saving me alot of time and get the s13 sorted for the next few years

Sounds like an amazing deal, you're not opening up shop in the North (above Birmingham, below Scotland) any time soon are you?

Yep, I am VERY interested in this

Getting both the 180 and 200 done would mean peace of mind for the forseeable future.

When are you thinking about doing this Dan? Would it be this year, as I wanted to get my 180 undersealed before putting it away for the winter and this would be ideal

Yep would plan for this year, as long as i have the space in the workshop. If I find a larger workshop soon then it would help

    I am really interested.
But I have everything removed underneath from the engine back so it will need to be taken on a flatbed there. Would the lack of a rear subframe be a problem for you?
